Modern Freelancer Growth Hub (MFGH)
Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective October 13, 2026
By registering as an Affiliate of the Modern Freelancer Growth Hub (MFGH), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.Eligibility
Anyone may apply to become an MFGH Affiliate.
Every application is reviewed by the MFGH Team, which may approve or decline it at its discretion. Once approved, you are enrolled in the Affiliate Program and agree to comply with all program policies, guidelines, and future updates issued by MFGH.
Participation in the program is a privilege and may be revoked at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
2.Commission Structure
The MFGH Affiliate Program currently offers two commission tiers:
- Regular Affiliate: 30% commission
- Contributor Affiliate: 50% commission
Contributor Affiliate status is determined solely by the MFGH Team and may be updated at any time.
Partner arrangements, with their own commission terms, are offered by the MFGH Team on a case-by-case basis only.
Commission rates may change without prior notice.
3.First Click Attribution
MFGH strictly follows a First Click Attribution Model.
The first affiliate link clicked by a customer will permanently receive attribution for that transaction.
Subsequent clicks from other affiliate links will not replace the original attribution.
All commission decisions made by the MFGH tracking system are considered final.
4.Affiliate Links
Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link.
Affiliate links are personal and must not be shared or transferred to another affiliate.
MFGH reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or revoke any affiliate link at its sole discretion.
5.Promotional Activities
Affiliates may promote MFGH through:
- Social Media
- Email Marketing
- Blogs and Websites
- Communities
- Paid Advertising
- Video Content
- Search Engines
- Other digital marketing channels
Affiliates may create their own promotional materials or use the official materials provided by MFGH.
6.Paid Advertising
Affiliates are permitted to run paid advertisements, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Affiliates may bid on MFGH-related branded keywords. However, advertisements must not:
- Impersonate MFGH
- Mislead potential customers
- Use deceptive marketing practices
- Create fake urgency or false claims
- Misrepresent MFGH products or services
7.Affiliate Bonuses
Affiliates may provide their own bonuses or incentives to encourage purchases.
These bonuses are solely the responsibility of the affiliate.
MFGH is not responsible for delivering affiliate-provided bonuses.
8.Marketing Ethics
Affiliates must always promote MFGH honestly and ethically. The following are prohibited:
- False income claims
- Misleading advertisements
- Fake testimonials
- False scarcity
- False guarantees
- Spam marketing
- Harassment
- Brand impersonation
Affiliates should focus on education, authenticity, and value creation.
9.Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals intended to earn commissions
- Fake purchases
- Fake accounts
- Cookie stuffing
- Tracking manipulation
- Affiliate system abuse
- Chargeback abuse
- Refund abuse
- Fraudulent transactions
- Any attempt to manipulate commissions
Fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
10.Commission Validation
Every transaction undergoes an internal validation process before commission approval. Validation includes:
- Successful payment verification
- Refund verification
- Chargeback verification
- Fraud detection
- Affiliate attribution verification
Only validated transactions qualify for commissions.
MFGH reserves the right to reject any commission that does not pass validation.
11.Refunds and Chargebacks
Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back are not eligible for affiliate commissions.
If commissions have already been credited for refunded transactions, MFGH reserves the right to deduct those amounts from future payouts.
12.Commission Payouts
Due to the 21-Day Money-Back Guarantee, affiliate commissions become payable 22 days after transaction validation and are paid out in the monthly payout on the 15th of each month.
Payout methods are limited to:
- GCash
- Bank Transfer
There is no minimum payout amount required.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
13.Taxes and Fees
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, government fees, or financial obligations arising from their affiliate earnings.
MFGH shall not be responsible for tax reporting obligations of affiliates.
14.Intellectual Property
All MFGH trademarks, branding, graphics, logos, course materials, and marketing assets remain the exclusive property of MFGH.
Affiliates may only use these assets for promoting MFGH while actively participating in the affiliate program.
Unauthorized modification or misuse of MFGH intellectual property is prohibited.
15.Program Changes
MFGH reserves the right to modify:
- Commission rates
- Tracking methods
- Program structure
- Campaigns
- Affiliate resources
- Policies
- Terms and Conditions
Changes become effective immediately upon publication or notification.
16.Suspension and Termination
MFGH reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Violation of program policies
- Fraudulent activities
- Misrepresentation
- Abuse of the affiliate system
- Conduct harmful to the MFGH brand
- Extended inactivity
Termination may occur without prior notice.
17.Limitation of Liability
MFGH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
MFGH does not guarantee any level of income, sales, commissions, or promotional success.
Affiliate earnings depend entirely on the affiliate's own efforts and marketing performance.

- Affiliate accounts
- Tracking
- Commissions
- Payouts
- Promotional materials
- General affiliate concerns

19.Acceptance of Terms
By applying to the MFGH Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:
- You have read these Terms & Conditions.
- You agree to comply with all Affiliate Guidelines and Program Policies.
- You understand that MFGH reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
- You understand that violation of these Terms may result in suspension, removal from the program, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
