Affiliate Program Guidelines

Thank you for joining the Modern Freelancer Growth Hub (MFGH) Affiliate Program.

Our affiliate program is designed to reward individuals who genuinely believe in our mission of helping freelancers grow their careers and businesses. We encourage authentic promotion, long-term relationships, and ethical marketing practices.

By joining the program, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.

1. 1.Commission Structure

   We currently offer two affiliate tiers:

   • Regular Affiliate: 30% commission on every validated referral.
   • Contributor Affiliate: 50% commission on every validated referral.

   Contributor Affiliate status is granted by the MFGH Team to selected partners, creators, and contributors.

   In select cases, the MFGH Team may offer a Partner arrangement with its own commission terms. Partner arrangements are offered on a case-by-case basis only.

2. 2.Attribution Policy

   We strictly implement a First Click Attribution Model. This means:

   • The first affiliate link clicked by a customer receives the commission.
   • Clicking another affiliate's link later will not transfer attribution.
   • This policy applies to all affiliate links.

   To maintain fairness across the program, we are very strict with this attribution system.

3. 3.Payout Schedule

   Affiliate commissions become payable 22 days after the transaction has been validated, and are paid out in the monthly payout on the 15th of each month.

   This payout window is designed to accommodate MFGH's 21-day Money-Back Guarantee period and ensure that all transactions have successfully passed the refund window before commissions are released.

   Validation includes confirming that the purchase:

   • Has been successfully paid
   • Has not been refunded
   • Has not been disputed or charged back
   • Has passed our internal fraud review

   Only validated transactions qualify for commission payouts.

   There is no minimum payout amount required.

4. 4.Payout Methods

   Affiliate commissions are currently released through:

   • GCash
   • Bank Transfer

   Please ensure your payout information is accurate to avoid delays.

5. 5.Paid Advertising

   Affiliates are allowed to run paid advertisements, including:

   • Facebook Ads
   • Instagram Ads
   • Google Ads
   • TikTok Ads
   • Other advertising platforms

   Affiliates may also bid on branded keywords such as:

   • Modern Freelancer Growth Hub
   • MFGH
   • Related branded search terms

   However, advertisements must not contain false claims, misleading promises, or impersonate official MFGH pages or representatives.

   Please note that MFGH does not provide a budget or reimbursement for your paid advertising campaigns. Running paid ads is entirely at your own discretion and expense.

6. 6.Bonuses and Promotional Strategies

   Affiliates are free to offer their own bonuses, incentives, or value-added resources to encourage purchases. Examples include:

   • Free templates
   • Coaching sessions
   • Consultation calls
   • Digital resources
   • Personal support

   These bonuses are solely the responsibility of the affiliate and must be delivered as promised.

7. 7.Marketing Resources

   MFGH provides affiliates with promotional materials and educational resources, including:

   • Affiliate training
   • Marketing assets
   • Official graphics
   • Promotional copy
   • Affiliate links
   • Campaign ideas

   Affiliates are also encouraged to create their own content and marketing strategies that align with the MFGH brand and values.

8. 8.Affiliate Responsibilities

   As an MFGH Affiliate, you agree to:

   • Promote MFGH honestly and ethically.
   • Share accurate information about our programs.
   • Respect the MFGH brand and community.
   • Avoid misleading claims or unrealistic income promises.
   • Conduct yourself professionally in all promotions.

   We value trust over aggressive selling.

9. 9.Refunds and Chargebacks

   Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back are not eligible for affiliate commissions.

   If a commission has already been recorded for a refunded transaction, MFGH reserves the right to adjust future payouts accordingly.

10. 10.Fraudulent Activities

    The following actions are strictly prohibited:

    • Self-referrals intended to earn commissions
    • Fake accounts or fake purchases
    • Cookie stuffing
    • Spam marketing
    • Misleading advertisements
    • False testimonials
    • Incentivized fake purchases
    • Tracking manipulation
    • Any attempt to exploit the affiliate system

    Fraudulent activities may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

11. 11.Affiliate Links

    MFGH reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or revoke any affiliate link if it is deemed:

    • Inappropriate
    • Offensive
    • Misleading
    • Confusing
    • Inconsistent with the MFGH brand
    • Potentially harmful to the integrity of the program

12. 12.Commission Rate Protection

    Your commission rate is locked in when you join the MFGH Affiliate Program and will remain the same for as long as your affiliate account stays active and complies with the program guidelines.

    For example, if you join with a 30% commission rate, you will continue to earn 30% commissions, even if MFGH changes the commission rate for future affiliates.

    This protection does not apply in cases of fraud, policy violations, abuse of the affiliate program, or account termination.

13. 13.Program Changes

    MFGH reserves the right to update or modify:

    • Commission rates
    • Program structure
    • Affiliate policies
    • Promotional guidelines
    • Terms and conditions

    Changes may be implemented at any time to improve the program and protect its integrity.

14. 14.Right to Remove Affiliates

    MFGH reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any affiliate who:

    • Violates these guidelines
    • Engages in fraudulent activities
    • Damages the reputation of MFGH
    • Misrepresents our products or services
    • Abuses the affiliate system
    • Engages in unethical marketing practices

    Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
